Things 3 is a beautiful and adequately functional app. If you're using it and you're content with your workflow, stay with Things 3. One of the advantages of using Things 3 is that it's a one-time purchase. In contrast, Todoist's premium tier is an ongoing subscription model. Todoist is a flexible tool with a lot of more or less hidden features. Here is a list of Todoist tips, possibly with a bunch of things you didn't know was possible in Todoist. Todoist tips no 1: Group your tasks with a heading. For over 4-5 years, Todoist has been my go-to to-do list application. In the last 3-months, I've been using another application as my daily task manager. Type 3 to add p3 to the task. Type 4 to add p4 to the task (lowest priority). Leaving this cell empty will automatically add p1 to the task. INDENT: 1, 2, 3 or 4. Use 1 and the task will not be indented (meaning the task is a parent task). Use 2 to indent the task to be a sub-task. Use 3 to indent the task to be a sub-sub-task.
